the end of a great start

so its the end of the week, the end of english, the end of my blog, almost the end of this semester. This week has been crazy with 3 finals on thurs and one final today. Today was a very stormy day i did not appreciate having to walk to my eng final on the flooded sidewalks....utm really should do something about thier drainage problem lol...

So this week...what did i do...well there was moonlight breakfast in the cafeteria on monday night, then study study study on tues and wed. then finals thur and fri. yep pretty boring week i know. but i dont have to work at all this weekend except on sun morning so im pretty excited. then im GOING HOME ON MONDAY!!! YAY!! :) im pretty excited if u cant tell.

so as i said i had my eng final today so this will be my last blog. im pretty sure writing a blog will be the last think on my agenda this summer. the eng final, i think i was....not what it should have been....i guess. he made the class pretty easy all semester, then we have a 40 question short answer final. i was so afraid that i wasnt going to finish! i had to write frantically the entire time...it was a good thing i didnt have to look every thing up, i def wouldnt have finished.

but this summer is going to be pretty awesome. im going to hang out with friends as much as possible, hopefully get a car, and get a job. i was supposed to get a job at crockett park, but that fell through...so guess ive gotta go searchin urgh :/

well this is it for my spring semester....later :)

yay no more classes!!!

so today was the end of all classes!! yay!!! now all i have to do is get through 5 finals and then it is summer time!
after tonight my life is going to be pretty much studyin. but tonight im going to the moonlight breakfast in the cafeteria and then im plannin on playin some vball with some friends...even though i am no good at it lol
The weekend was ok. i just worked and had some movie nights with friends. i only have to work 1 1/2 more days! yay.....then i have to get a summer job lol.
well im going to go now...as long as i can get through these 3 finals that i have on thursday i will be fine!

3 classes and 5 finals to go

After today i will have 3 classes and 5 finals to go until summer break...i really do not get why we have classes on monday; its really stupid. UTK doesnt have classes that day. oh well guess there's nothing to do about it. This week has been pretty easy going. All of my classes are winding down or are already over with.

Tuesday we had our last intramural softball game. we only had 3 games and only actually played 2 out of those 3. all the rest got canceled b/c of weather. yesterday i went to town with some friends and had a blast, and we're plannin on hangin out this weekend b/c it'll prolly be the last time we can do so before summer break. its a bitter sweet thing.

as i said, i have 5 finals left....i am so stressed about them. i do not like having 3 finals in one day, or having 5 finals so close together. nontheless i think im plannin on going home monday the 4th. YAY! :) CANT WAIT FOR SUMMER TO BEGIN!

only one week and one day

only one week and one day of classes left, then finals. im ready for this semester to be over with. its sad that my freshman year of college is almost over, but at the same time i dont even care because im so ready for summer lol. after today i will have 11 classes left in all.

i had a super exhausting weekend at work. sunday was not fun since we were short a person, and sunday nights can get pretty busy.

there's nothing exciting going on that i can talk about....maybe ill have something by the end of the week to talk about...

another friday blog

well here it is friday again! yay :). it has been a pretty great week though. On Monday i didnt have plant science quiz, on tuesday i had an econ test that i made a 96 on!! i was sooo excited-thats the highest grade ive made in that class! i had a bio test wed, but im not sure what i made on it yet. thursday was payday and the beginning of the rodeo. it was my first time to a rodeo and it was pretty fun. then today i didnt have biology. its so great not having to get up for an 8:00 class lol. the weather is absolutely gorgeous. so it has just been a round about great week. i have to work all this weekend of course, but thats okay, it just brings me a couple steps closer to getting that car this summer :).

we have a week and a day left of classes, then finals...so 18 days total till summer break!! im sooo excited. at the moment im looking at the disney world website, getting myself worked up as usual about something that ill probably end up not being to go on. its pretty expensive to go vacation in california and get to do stuff...and i know my friend is going to be dissapointed if i dont get to go...but thats just life i guess. ive never been out of the south and would LOVE to go, but fact is i need a car and i just dont have that kind of money to spend :(. well ive got to go and get ready for work now...later

what a rainy day

so it is very rainy today. i think its supposed to storm later. what a way to start out the week.

well i had a very good 3 day weekend, but it ended too soon. on sunday i went to sunrise service at my church, i had to get up at 5 am and be there by 6 am, and then i was there until 12. but of course it was worth it. i didnt leave town to come back until 6 pm because my ride had some famiy stuff to do, so we didnt get back to martin till about 9 pm. i was super tired. i have 2 tests this week that i have yet to study for, but plant science was canceled today so im bout to head off to study. i just have 10 more days of classes and that includes 2 tests, a paper, and a bio lab final. then i have 5 finals to get through. i cant wait till they are over. im just ready to go home and enjoy a long summer break :)

enjoying a break

i am very much enjoying my weekend at home. i love it here and dont think i will ever be able to move too far away...being 3 hours away at martin is plenty far. dont get me wrong, i love being at martin and i like being able to be independent, but it is always nice to come home to family and friends. i NEVER want to grow apart from my family or friends that i have here in lawrenceburg.

the weekend is going pretty well. me and my friend had a good 3 hour drive home with no incident. later that night i went to see a couple of friends. later that morning however the weather was not so great. it never got really bad at my house, but my mom did wake me up at 4:30 in the morning b/c there was tornado circulation nearby. i went back to my bed 30 min later though and woke up at about 11:30. the weather was still somewhat bad, but it cleared up enough for me and my usual group of friend to go to florence to see hannah montana. i must say it was pretty awesome. im not like a hannah fanatic or anything, and she does get on my nerves sometimes with the things that she does, but for the most part i think she's not half bad. i will def have to get the soundtrack and movie lol :)

im not sure what the rest of the weekend has in store for me. i will prolly hang out with friends some more tomorrow on sat. and then sunrise service on sunday. visit my gma and get some studying in somewhere among all that. i have 2 tests next week and then a paper due the following week....then for those finals i dread. urgh. im trying to stay on top of things though and not let the stress get to me too much. i really need to do well on these last tests that i have though.

my best friend beth told me today that shes going to california in august and that we all need to come. i was happy for her, but sad b/c i knew i wouldnt get to go. august=school. then i looked at the school calender and seen that classes dont start until aug 31! so now im pretty excited and hoping that i can go. its a long shot, but its def. worth trying for. beth is philipino and i think she has family in california. she has gotten to go once or twice. im really hoping i can go, i have never been out of the south and def never been on a plane, so it'd all be pretty exciting!

its too cold

well i forgot to blog yesterday even though i reminded myself several times....oh well. i had a busy weekend with little sleep involved. i worked all weekend, of course, but i also ended up takin a late night trip to the huddle house with some friends. they go there all the time but it was my first time. then the big brunch was on sunday and it totally wore me out. they didnt have me working at the deli, so i actually had to work.

it has been cold for the last 2 days. cant wait till it gets warm again. today we have our first intramural softball game, im kinda excited, then agian not. i just wish it was a little warmer. we were supposed to have had 2 games before now, but they both got canceled. English got canceled today and i must say im pretty excited....i just wish i would have known before i had gotten up and ready because i could have had another hour of sleep.

This weekend is good friday and easter. i get to go home and im soooo glad. im going to have a blast. we only have 2 weeks of classes left after this week, and then finals! yay its almost summer break! i really like martin and everything, but man i will be soo glad to go home and have a break, my own room again, nice bathroom, no homework, no tests, and be able to hang out with my friends just about any time. this summer is going to be great. im pretty excited about next year though, im just ready to be out of these classes im in now. well thats all for now, ill let u know how my weekend went!

only 6 more days

its the start of the weekend! yay! its going pretty well so far-i didnt have my 8:00 class this morning, so i got to sleep a little later, and i dont have my 1:00 class-but i still have to go for an extra credit opportunity, but it will only take 30 min. i did have a history test today, it was horrible, as usual. I do not like my prof teaching style at all.

yesterday was payday! yay lol. i plan on hanging out with my friends and working this weekend. sunday is the big sunday brunch and the theme is easter...i hope i get to take my pic with the easter bunny lol. ive come to not hate sunday brunches even though i work, because i work at the deli station and no one wants that for their sunday brunch lol....totally fine with me! :)

we only have 4 days of school next week and im so excited about going home after having been in martin for 4 weeks. its going to be pretty fun, i already know some of what im going to do with my friends :)

theres only 15 more days of classes before finals and all i have is a paper due, a bio test, and an econ test. so hopefully i can get a head start on studying for all these comprehensive finals that i have on the very first day of finals. urgh :(

a fun week ahead

Well it's Monday-time for a new blog post. Can you guess what i did over the weekend? thats right-work. so predictable i know. i did have some fun too, though. One of my friends moved out of her dorm room into another friends dorm room, so we had a little housewarming party/movie night lol. it was fun. then i had to get up early the next morning to go to work-not so fun.

Sunday was the birthday of Rocky-my cat that died in Feb. he would have been 7.

This week is Derby Days. im not really that involved since im not in a sorority, but most of my friends are, so it's fun to hear and learn about it. This week a new month also starts....meaning we're even close to summer break!! YAY!! :) April fool's day/my uncles birthday is this week, a friends birthday is today, our first intramural softball game is wednesday, and i have a history test on friday. man, what a week this is going to be lol. oh and it's also class registration this week, and i still havent gotten my schedule figured out, i will though, eventually.

i reckin thats enough until friday!

Well i must say i am so ready for summer break. im tired of this getting up early, homework, tests, papers, and missing out on stuff back home. Don't get me wrong, I'll be thrilled to come back next year, I just need a looonnnggg break

So this week everyone is trying to get thier schedules and everything lined up for next year. Next week is when we start actually registering for classes though. It's so hard to get the good classes with the good prof. and a good time whey you're a freshman. But i dont think it will be too hard to get into the classes i want...what ive got so far anyways.

I go to work at 4 today and work all weekend, as usual. im going to try to get some school work, studying, laundry, and friend time in....but i dont know how yet lol.

Sunday would have been Rocky's 7th bday :(. i miss him. i miss his friendly greetings when i come home from college. I sure hope he didnt die of lonliness, because for his whole 6, almost 7, years, i was never away from him that long at all. and then here i go off to college and im gone for a month at a time. I dont think he did, though. I think he just had something wrong with him.

well thats about it, im going to try and get some work done before i have to go to work.

cant wait for tuesday to be over with

well it's monday again, what joy. as i said i would, i had another boring weekend. all i did was work all weekend, as usual. It is soooo pretty and warm today! i LOVE it! im not doing too much this week either, i dont think. ill just be happy once tuesday is over with so i wont have to stress about this econ test i have yet to study for. I may go practice some softball today, im pretty excited. i dont really need to since i need to study, but somehow i got roped into signing up for the intrameral softball team...oh well, it will be fun and get me out for a couple of hours. The water polo intramerals are going on this week as well. im definitely going to have to go and watch one of those lol. ive never seen it before and i dont even now what the object of the sport is, but it'll probably be pretty funny to watch.
well gotta go and STUDY!

YAY for friday!!

so today is friday and i am sooo glad, even though i have to work all week as usual. cant say anything interesting has happened this week though. just the usual boring ole class, homework, and tests. Tuesday was St. Patricks day. Can't say that I really know if I have any Irish in me or not, but its fun to think i do lol. Thursday was payday, which is good, except i cant cast my check until i go home because i dont have a bank up here lol. but its alright, i dont really need a bank up here and i dont really need my check right now. Today is the first day of spring. We have had pretty weather all week :).

Sunday is one of my friends, from back home, birthday. he'll be 19. Im sad that i want be there to celebrate with him.

We watched pleasantville in eng. class this week, it was pretty good. cant say ive ever watched a normal movie in class before lol. but then tuesday we have to write an inclass paper on it, but it shouldnt be too bad. Next we start hamlet...and im soooo not looking forward to that. we should have only about 7 more weeks of school left though, and the approaching summer break is whats keeping me going!!! :) well thats my account of my boring week, and im sure my weekend will be just as boring.

its no longer spring break

well its the first day of classes after spring break and i seem to have survived it. it wasnt too bad, but id rather been sleeping lol. the weather today is gorgeous, which makes it a little more encouraging as well. i would definitley dread classes all the more if it were still freezing.

well the 2nd half of my spring break went pretty well i must say. wed. was one of my besties 19th bday. we spent the entire day in florence, al. (thats were we go to shop and have fun). we left lawrenceburg bout 9:30am and probably didnt get back till about 9:30 pm. we had a lot of fun. i did some major shopping and got a lot of cute stuff and beth(the bday girl) and joey got tattoos then we ate at chili's and then did some more shopping. afterward we went to beths sis's house where we hang out all the time and model the clothes we got for wendy to see.
the next day i went to my sisters house to clean. every once in awhile she pays for me to clean and im always happy to accept and get some easy money. then on friday i hung out with my friends again. sat. i went to cool springs with my parents and little bro to shop some more. we didnt get back till late so then i had to pack some before heading to bed. sunday morning i went to church and was very sad that i had to leave at 12 since we were having a dinner and singing. then i loaded up and headed back to martin. this time my parents actually brought me back.

and now i have survived the first day of classes after spring break. its warm outside and im actually not too bad. We have exactly 30 days of classes left, the death week AKA finals week, then its SUMMER BREAK! if u cant tell im very excited for it to get here. well that bout wraps it up i need to go and get some homework done and start studying for this biology test i have friday :(

davids bridal and hanging out

So today i went to davids bridal with an old friend of mine, Samantha Hinson. I have known Sam since the first grade when we became best friends. but in the 4th grade she had to switch elementary schools and we were both so devastated. we tried to stay in contact by writing each other letters and calling each other, but once we got to 7th and 8th grade we drifted apart, which is only normal. we went to different schools and had different friends and never seen each other, so it is not a surprise that we didnt stay the best of friends. we have, however, tried to stay in contact with each other a little bit, talking to one another at least once a year. and now, my 1st best friend that i ever had is getting married. i absolutely cannot believe it. it seems so wierd to me that people my age are getting married. but its life, and thats how life goes. you have to move with it or you get left behind.

So anyways, sam and I went to davids bridal today so that i could get fitted for my MOH dress. yea, im pretty excited lol....not only for the bride, but im so honored that she asked me to be her MOH when we havent exactly stayed close throughout our teenage years. it was kinda awkward, but kinda not, seeing sam for the first time in forever. but we made the best out of the trip and got caught up. we both know that we are not as good of friends as what we used to be when we were 7, but we will always stay friends and have those memories of our early years.

After the trip with sam, i went to town with my bff beth. we shopped some at walmart, because thats what we do here in the burg, then we went and visited beth's mammy, who had a grocery list for us. so back to walmart we went. after that i went home and ate, took a shower, and here i am with beth again, sitting at her sisters house. we're fixing to watch a movie and eat some chocolate chip cookies :) then ill head home later on tonight and get a lot of sleep :) so bye for now, next time ill tell about the trip to florence for beth's bday to get tats.

the start of spring break!!!

well i forgot to write on friday as i normally do so i thought id go ahead and write some even though ill be writing tomorrow. i must say i am THRILLED to be on spring break and actually have time to relax. i do have some homework, though not too much. it made me so mad when on thursday my eng teacher told us we had to do a 2 pg paper over spring break because "he wouldnt be a teacher if he didnt give us something." what kind of crap is that. i didnt get any homework in any of my other classes to do over the break. i hate it when professors assign work over a break when i know they are not going to be working. that is the whole point of a break...to take time to relax and not worry about anything. dur....

well anyways, spring break started off well. two of my best friends came and picked me up and i got to show them around campus and we went and ate at burger king and just had a little fun until i had to go to plant science at 1. right after we hopped in the car for the 3 hour drive home. we had a blast listening to old music the whole way lol....sure brought back memories :) i didnt do anything on friday night after i got home-just unpacked and hung out then got some much needed sleep. it was so great to be able to sleep in my own room in my full sized bed with no interruptions for as long as i wanted to. then on sat. i hung out at my house for most of the day, played a little guitar hero with my little brother, and then went to prestons with a friend and her entire family. then went to her sisters house, stayed a couple of hours and then went back home. today, sunday, i went to church and it was so great. i miss those people so much when im gone. the youth in my church went to a youth conference in nashville over the weekend and it sounded like it was so great...i wish i couldve went. i feel like im missing so much here in my town since im gone all the time, but i certainly dont want to leave martin. my parents wish that i would go to columbia state because it's much closer and much cheaper...but i really like the independance i get when away from home. i certainly dont get that when im at home. well this is more than enough for now. im going to franklin tomorrow with an old friend that ive known since the 1st grade....ill tell about that trip tomorrow!

free from all the tests

i am sooo glad to be rid of all my tests! its monday and the beginning of a new week :)...i did good on some of my tests, then not so good on others, but it's okay. this is the last week of school until spring break and i am pretty much excited, like everyone else lol. today im just going to try and get most of my work done. Tuesday i plan on going to Stileto with some friends. Its a church thing were girls just hang out. I've never been, but i'm sure it will be fun. Thursday is payday...yay :). and then on friday my bestie is coming to pick me up for spring break!!! i dont have a car and the girl i usually go home with is going to knoxville for the weekend, so i decided to see if a friend could come. its going to be so great. im going to hang out with my friends, and one of their bdays is during spring break, so that should be fun. im going to davids bridal with a friend that ive known since the 1st grade to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress...im so excited and honored to get to be her MOH! and im also going to do some shopping. well i need to get some work done so more later on!

not looking forward to the weekend or next week

Well here it is Friday once again....others are oh so happy...I'm just like whatever. When the weekend comes it means work for me. Making sandwiches, wraps, and subs and burning my fingers just so someone can have their sandwich a lil toasty...its a freakin sandwich! sorry...guess im in a bad mood...ill try to lighten up lol

So I am working all weekend, no surprise there. Then this next week is the one that i totally dread. a quiz, 3 tests, and a midterm test....urgh how am i supposed to do all of that??? and the thing is i know i wont do as good on them as i could because i'm studying for 5 different things. ohhh welll. after next week is over ill be good. Because then i just have to get through one more week before SPRING BREAK!!! YAAAYYYYY! Can you tell im excited??

Well im just rambling so im going to now and get some school work done before i gotta go work.

back in martin

well its monday again, the start of yet another school week. today is presidents day and everyone else is out of school, but yet we aren't. how unfair is that. we get out for martin luther king jr. day but we dont get out for presidents day???
well i spent the weekend at home, which was great. ive already talked about fri. night, so ill just skip ahead to sat. On Saturday i woke up at about 10 and when i was almost done getting ready for the day, my friend beth called me and said that her and joey had to make a trip to town and if i was ready they'd come by and pick me up. Yay! :). so they picked me up and we went down to where joey was getting speakers put in his truck. they had been there since 8:00 this morning and they didnt get done putting them in till like almost 4! But they're in now and lookin pretty good...and loud lol. Joey likes them very much ;).
Then that night a friend of mine, malissa, came over to hang out for a bit b/c i hadn't got to see her yet.
Sunday i went to church...i miss going to my church so bad when im here...then i went home and pakced and did some school work while i waited for my ride. At about 3:30 i put everything up so id be ready when she got there b/c she was supposed to be no later than 4. well at about 5 she still wasnt there so i called her and she was like im running late, ill be there in 10 min. so she finally got to my house and at 5:30 and we left. We had to stop and visit her mom and stop and eat so we didnt get back to school till about 9:15. after i hauled everything in, took a shower unpacked and got ready for monday it was after 11. I didnt get in bed till like 11:45 and i had to get up for an 8:00 class. So now im tired of course.
Well these next 2 weeks are going to be pretty crazy. i just found out i have 3 tests and a midterm next week....so im going to have to dramatically cut back on my facebook time and make myself study. but after those crazy 2 weeks....ill just have one more week till SPRING BREAK!!! im so excited, even though ill just be going home. I'll have a week to relax and hang out with my friends!
well this is plenty long enough and i need to head out to history :(.......

my friday night at home

Well....i finally got to come home this weekend after 5 weeks at school...that amount of time seems like forever, but it really went by pretty fast. I cant believe im almost done with my first year of college. the ride as been amazing and i would never have wanted it any other way....but i must say i am so ready for summer to be here so i can spend time with my friends every day and not have to worry about school all the time. it will be absolutely GREAT to have such a long break.

Well about my weekend. Me and Kate, the girl i ride with because i have yet to get a car, left martin at about 2:30 on friday afternoon. We had a three hour drive ahead of us, but didnt mind because all that mattered was that we were getting to go home! We have becomes so used to the drive anyways, so it doenst bother us much. We arrived at my house in Lawrenceburg at about 5:40ish. I ate some supper, unpacked, cleaned my room up a bit and then a friend showed up to take me away! Beth is my best friend. We met in the 7th grade and have been friends ever since. i can totally be myself around her, which is something that most people dont see. sorry, cant help it.... well we went to town, got some gas and rode the strip for a lil bit.....it seemed like it had been FOREVER since i had rode the strip on a fri. night. lol. then we headed up to a restaurant in Leoma where one of our other best friends works-Joey. As soon as he seen me walk in the door he ran and picked me up in a great big long hug. it was great :), theres nothing like being welcomed home by a great big hug. well after staying there for a lil bit, me and beth headed to her older sis's, Wendy, house. her sister is in her 30's and is married and has the most adorable daughter. Kaylee is 2 and is adopted, but u would never even guess it. We always end up down at Wendy's...its kinda funny. So we just all hung out there for the night, played a lil Wii and just had a good time with each other....Joey also came after he got off of work. At about 11 i headed home, had a shower, did a some homework, and now here i am, blogging at 1:30 in the morning.

I think this is enough about my weekend so far. the rest will be told in my monday blog. going to head to bed so i will be ready for another day with the besties tomorrow!

disappointment

it seems as though i may not get to to home this weekend as i had planned. i dont think work is going to let me off. i havent been home since i came back from Christmas break, so i really want to go and see all my friends and my family, and i know i cant wait until spring break. it seems as though ill have another busy week again this week, hopefully not as busy, but still busy. i need to start studying for upcoming tests, its hard to believe i have a midterm in 2 weeks. i soooo cant wait until spring break. hopefully i will have a complete week of relaxation. i remember last semester during thanksgiving break i had to write an english paper....soooo unfair. well got to go and get some work done!

i survived

well i actually survived this busy week after all...and let me tell ya it was pretty crazy. not only did i have to deal with the hardships of losing my first ever pet, my cat rocky who was almost 7 years old, but i had to deal with school work and issues with friends.

I had 3 tests, a quiz, an paper, and an in-class paper, plus homework this week. so i was VERY busy and i am VERY sleep deprived. i made a 90 on both my economics and biology test, but the history test i probably did worse on. Im hoping i made an A on both my papers as well. we'll just have to wait and see i guess.

then theres all the things circling my group of friends here about housing next year and just being able to deal and get along while living with one another. but i have great news about one of my friends. her name is beth and her mom's cancer came back. well, the doc. gave her 6 months to a year to live, and of course beth and her whole family was having a hard dealing with this. but they knew that they had gotten through it once before and could do it again. well beth got the great news the other day that her mom's greater tumors have shrunk so much that it surprised the doc and that they are even too small to radiate! so pray for beth's mom that she fully recovers.

well i plan on catching up on sleep this weekend, working all weekend, as well as getting all my school work done...except my english paper. yea ill probably put that off till next week. im going to try and get everything done, though so that i can hopefully go out on tues or wed. night. see theres this boy and his bday is tues. well he has never gotten out so im going to tell him he must for his bday. i havent been out at all this semester either. everyone is like u have to have fun, but man, im sooo busy between school and work i dont have time to have fun. but i did get to go out once last semester and it wasnt too bad.

im soooo excited for next weekend as well because i get to go home!!!! im so excited to get to see my family and friends, even though it is for just a short weekend visit and i will have to work on my eng paper ugh. i just had to ruin my weekend didnt it :) oh well. well im going to go and get some work done and then go to my last class of the day and then to work. fun fun more

a very busy weekend with a busy week up ahead

So it is Monday once again...great. so, i had a very busy weekend-i worked all weekend. Thats about it, i dont think i really did any studying, even though i really should have. i just didnt really feel like it. then on top of that i found out yesterday that my cat, Rocky, died. I have had him for almost 7 years. he was my cat. he stayed in my room, i fed him, cleaned his litter box, and bathed him when i was home. and we were actually very close. he was my first real pet that i had all to myself. my mom called me like a dozen times while i was at work and i knew something had to be up because she knew i was working. then i got the news when i got off work. she wanted me to come home, but i knew that couldnt...i dont really think my teachers would excuse me for the death of a pet, no matter how sentimental it is to me. my mom and little brother buried him in the back yard with his scratching post. Man, he tore that thing to pieces. so ill get to see his "grave" when i go home, so its not like he's completely gone.

so here i am on monday. 3 tests up ahead. its going to be a long week, but i can get through it...hopefully with passing grades. im going to be up late tonight, tues night, wed night and thur night. so i am definitely going to have to rest up this next weekend.

I am so excited that i will be going home in 2 weeks. i already need the break :). Its really hard for me to believe that i only have 11 more weeks of school...but i am soooo ready for summer break. i cant wait to relax and be lazy and just hang out with my friends all the time. ill have to get a summer job, but i dont mind, and i should be able to get a car. well i need to go and get ready for my next class and get a lil bit of other stuff done before i can hit the books, so bye for now

starting my blog

So I thought I would try out this whole blog thing as a way to earn extra credit for my comp II class. who knows, maybe ill actually enjoy it. well ill start off my telling you a little bit about myself. My name is Amber and i am 18 years old. I am a freshman at the University of Tennessee at Martin and I am majoring in Companion Animal Science. I am from Lawrenceburg, TN. I have an older sister who is 20 and a younger brother who is 13. I am a very quiet person and i love animals and hope to work with them in some way after i graduate. well this is enough about me for the first blog. i will write more later about how my week went.
